Policy regarding donation refunds and recurring autopay cancellations.
Swami Vivekananda Welfare Trust does not encourage refunds on voluntary charitable donations once processed. However, in exceptional cases where an accidental duplicate transaction or typographical error has occurred, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
To request a refund for a erroneous transaction, please email support@swamivivekanandawelfaretrust.org with the Receipt Number, Transaction Date, Amount, and Reason for Refund along with payment proof. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
You can cancel your recurring / autopay donation plan at any time with no questions asked by emailing us at least 3 business days prior to your next billing cycle.
